Identity Pet Nutrition Advertising, Sales & Discount Policy

Thank you for choosing Identity Pet Nutrition. Please review the following terms and conditions governing all sales, discounts, and promotional offers, including those promoted via paid advertising platforms:

1. Final Sale on Discounted Items

All discounted purchases are considered final sale. Orders placed with discounts, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Some discounts are available to new customers only. Existing customers are not eligible for new customer-exclusive promotions.

  • We make every effort to clearly indicate when an offer is limited to new customers; however, we are not responsible if third-party ad platforms fail to display eligibility details due to limitations outside our control.

  • All discounts are limited to one (1) use per household, unless otherwise specified.

3. Order Limitations

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of discounted products per order, per product, or per customer.

  • Unless otherwise stated, discounted purchases may be capped at four (4) cases per product.

  • Discounts are not valid on:

    • Out-of-stock items

    • Persona Collection products (unless explicitly stated)

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time, with or without notice.

4. Discount Code Usage

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, including Auto-Ship & Save, unless explicitly stated.

  • Minimum purchase requirements may apply for certain offers.

5. Customer Abuse & Enforcement

  • Identity Pet Nutrition reserves the right to refuse discounts, cancel orders, or deny shipment to any customer violating these terms or attempting to abuse discount policies.

  • Orders placed under new customer-exclusive offers may be canceled if determined to be from an existing customer based on information including (but not limited to) name, email address, shipping address, billing information, or IP address, at the sole discretion of Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC.

6. 50% Discount Policy

All promotions offering 50% off are:

  • Limited to one (1) item per customer.

  • Available to eligible new customers only, subject to verification.

7. Additional Terms

  • All offers are subject to availability and may be revoked at any time.

  • We do not offer rain checks, post-order price adjustments, or apply missed discounts after checkout.

  • Discounts hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Frozen orders follow our Frozen Shipping Policies due to the temperature-sensitive nature of these products.

  • Our Return & Shipping Policy is fully included in the policy outlined on this page. Customers acknowledge & agree to accept all our policies, including the aforementioned policies, in addition to our Terms of Service during checkout.
