Identity Pet Nutrition Memorial Day Freezer Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this promotion is Identity Pet Nutrition, LLC, 9217 Eastman Park Drive, Suite 4, Windsor, CO 80550.

2. Promotion Period

The Identity Pet Nutrition Memorial Day Freezer Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Mountain Time on May 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on May 25, 2026. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, place a qualifying frozen order of $250 or more at identitypet.com. Each qualifying order receives 1 entry.

B. Free Entry: To enter without purchase, email customercare@identitypet.com with the subject line “Memorial Day Freezer Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Each valid free entry receives 1 entry.

Limit 1 base entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

5. Bonus Entry

Entrants may receive 1 bonus entry by posting a photo of their pet, freezer stock-up, or Identity Pet Nutrition products on Facebook or Instagram during the Promotion Period, tagging Identity Pet Nutrition, and including the hashtag #IdentityPetMemorialDay.

No purchase is required to receive the bonus entry. Your social media account must be public at the time of posting and through winner selection so Sponsor can verify the entry. Do not inaccurately tag people or content. Instagram’s promotion rules require a complete release of Instagram and an acknowledgment that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Limit 1 bonus entry per person.

6. Entry Limits

Maximum 2 entries per person total: 1 base entry and 1 bonus entry. Multiple purchases, duplicate emails, multiple accounts, automated entries, or attempts to exceed the entry limit may result in disqualification.

7. Prize

1 winner will receive 1 small chest freezer selected by Sponsor. Approximate retail value: $250.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about May 31, 2026. Sponsor may conduct the drawing live on Facebook, Instagram, or another social media platform. Each eligible entry will be assigned a number or other identifier before the drawing. During the live drawing, Sponsor will randomly select 1 potential winner using a random number generator, drawing tool, or similar random selection method. The selected entrant will be deemed a potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email, phone, or social media message. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entering the promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, social media handle, submitted content, city/state, and entry materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, shipping limitations, social media platform issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claim or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, delivery, or installation of the prize.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

13. Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, by entering this promotion, each entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this promotion, these Official Rules, the prize, or the entrant’s participation in the promotion shall be resolved individually and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Colorado, unless the arbitrator determines that a remote, telephone, or written-submission proceeding is appropriate. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern these Official Rules, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that any claims must be brought only in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall not have authority to conduct any class, collective, consolidated, or representative arbitration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the promotion and shall not include attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other indirect damages, unless such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section prevents Sponsor from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or the integrity of the promotion.

14. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion and may be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

15. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
